Terms & Conditions for Zed’s Old Fashion AB
1. Parties and Scope
1.1 These terms apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) purchase goods from Zed’s Old Fashion AB, reg. no. 559544-3697, email info@zedsoldfashion.com (the “Seller”).
1.2 These terms apply to purchases made via our website zedsoldfashion.com or other digital sales channels we provide.
1.3 By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms.
2. Products and Range
2.1 Zed’s Old Fashion sells unique redesigned garments and accessories in a Western-inspired style. Since the products are handmade/upcycled, minor variations in color, shape, and details may occur. These do not constitute defects.
2.2 Products are limited in number, often one of a kind. Once sold out, a product usually cannot be reproduced.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%), unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Any additional shipping costs are always displayed before checkout.
3.3 Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout (e.g. card, Swish, Klarna). For invoice payments, a credit check may be performed.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery normally takes place within 3–7 business days within Sweden. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination country.
4.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided when placing the order is correct.
4.3 Risk and ownership of the goods transfer to the Customer upon receipt.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email (info@zedsoldfashion.com) within the withdrawal period.
5.3 The Customer is responsible for return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
5.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that have been specially customized to the Customer’s wishes.

Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to try them on.
5.5 For approved returns, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
6. Complaints and Defects
6.1 The Customer has the right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act within three years.
6.2 Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
6.3 For approved complaints, the Seller covers the return cost and offers repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a price reduction or refund may apply.
7. International Sales
7.1 For purchases from outside Sweden, Swedish law and these terms apply.
7.2 Shipping costs as well as any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the Customer.
7.3 Delivery times outside Sweden vary depending on the destination country.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Seller is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. lost profits) or delays caused by force majeure (e.g. government decisions, supplier disruptions).
8.2 Minor deviations between product images and the actual goods do not constitute defects.

10. Changes
Zed’s Old Fashion reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes apply only to new orders placed after the date of publication.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These terms are governed by Swedish law.
11.2 Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue between the Customer and Zed’s Old Fashion. If a solution cannot be reached, the Customer may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or Swedish general courts.
